China's technological measures to combat the coronavirus, would they work in Spain?

Today is absolutely dominated by the coronavirus. Also the technological one; We have already seen how this virus affected the technology market both in China and in the rest of the world. As China is the center of the outbreak and by far the country that has suffered the most from the virus, it is taking very peculiar technological measures.
A good part of the technology that is created in the world has the mission of helping to prevent disasters or, failing that, helping in humanitarian causes that require attention in many sections. China is taking measures of this nature to combat the coronavirus and, above all, prevent its spread.
But China, although it sounds obvious, is not Spain. We are talking about absolutely different countries and above all with very different technological sensitivities. Could these measures be applied in Spain?
One of the simplest and priority ways to prevent the spread of the coronavirus is to keep people out of contact with each other. The problem is that to take care of the quarantined patients it is necessary to have personnel who, in turn, could end up infected. It is true that China has become famous in recent months for being able to create entire facilities in a few days to care for the sick, but it is not always possible to be in the best medical conditions.
Hotels, airports, buildings without medical preparation or care ... patients in quarantine need care. The solution has been robots. Robots like the one we can see in the video are capable of diagnosing the coronavirus from a distance. "The Personal Robot" serves as a remote doctor when human contact is impossible.
They incorporate means of communication such as screens and cameras so that they can be used by medical professionals and thus diagnose the disease. This is the special case of the Temi alternative, but in other cases the mission is to provide food and meals.
